Queen City Virtual HBCU Showcase

Good morning, We would like to take the time to invite your sophomores, juniors, and seniors to our Queen City Virtual HBCU Showcase. Although our original intentions were to host this event in-person, COVID-19 has challenged us to transition to a virtual platform. Every Monday and Wednesday evening in October from 6pm-9pm EDT, we will have a Historically Black College/University registered in a time slot to give a presentation about their school. Students will have a chance to ask questions and receive additional information about each institution. We want to showcase the great programs that HBCUs have to offer our students. We are asking you to strongly encourage your students to register to attend our Virtual HBCU Showcase. As a current educator in Charlotte and a parent of four students, I am asking that you go beyond simply adding this to the website or sending it out in an email. We want each of your students to have an equal opportunity to hear from each of the featured institutions. Registration is free of charge. The form to register can be found at www.pridgeoneventmanagement.com/qchbcu. When students register, they will receive a schedule of when each school will be live in our Zoom Room. Schools are still being added but the schools who are currently confirmed can be found on our website, as well.
