Please invite your families to attend this free College 101 Workshop
"Demystifying College Admissions" at 6:30 pm on January 23 at the
Sugar Creek Library (see flyer in Mrs. Holmes office).
I have 20 years experience (at Providence High School) helping
students and their parents navigate the college exploration and
admissions process. In this workshop, I will discuss what colleges are
looking for, how students can best prepare, how to navigate the
financial aid/scholarship process, and ways to manage college related
family stress.
The workshop is geared towards parents of high school students, but
students are welcome to attend too. Please let me know if you have any
questions or would like to offer this workshop at your location.
