Who is Eligible?
The Broyhill Leadership Conference is open to rising 10th-12th graders and current year high school graduates. Delegates must be at least 15 years old by June 1.
BLC makes a real impact on our delegates. While 30% of students who begin college drop out by the end of their freshman year, BLC equips young people to overcome those odds. Delegates acquire key skills in:
- Setting goals
- Making positive life choices
- Working within a team
- Communicating effectively &
- Handling obstacles and adversity

- BLC 2 Dates: July 19-23, 2022
- Location: Queens University of Charlotte
- Arrival Time: 12:30-2:00
- Departure Time: Noon
